Engagement Portraits at Shore Club
Because the Shore Club Resort recently received “The Most Instagrammable Resort in the World”, we want to highlight one of our recent and memorable portrait session of a couple. Jessica and Ron were married at the Shore Club Resort. They used this as an opportunity to do their couples engagement photos. It has become very popular for couples who travel to the Turks and Caicos to have their pictures taken on the beach. For special occasions, like engagements or honeymoons, having pictures is a must! Of all the things a couple could do, a beach portrait session creates timeless and special memories of their happy moments together in a beautiful island paradise. In planning for their engagement pictures, Jessica and Ron coordinated their outfits. Rather than exactly matching their outfits, Ron based his wardrobe choice from the blue in Jessica’s dress. He wore a hand-tailored suit coat that looked very sharp next to her beautiful dress. When I first met Jessica and Ron, they looked like they came ready for a Town and Country magazine photo shoot. With the inspiration of their amazing outfits, we started in the lobby with some Town & Country style pictures by using the architecture of this award-winning resort. We then moved to the pathways and the colonnade area where we used the dark wood tones of the background to accentuate their outfits. We also did some fun pictures using a doorway with mirrored glass at the Sui Ren restaurant. We couldn’t have asked for a better location to get an amazing variety of incredible photos. We ended the photo session by heading to the beach, putting on some sunglasses, and doing lifestyle-like couples beach portraits. Jessica and Ron walked along the beach hand-in-hand with the gorgeous turquoise water of Long Bay Beach. We had the beach to ourselves. We delivered nothing but the best pictures for this amazingly stylish couple!
