Ann and Jeffrey met years ago when a friend set them up to meet. Their friend had it right and the couple immediately connected based on their similar interests and compatibility. After dating for years, Ann and Jeffrey decided to make things official by getting married in a beautiful intimate wedding at the award-winning Shore Club resort located on Long Bay beach. For two years in a row, the resort has been voted the “Most Instagrammable” hotel in the world! Plus, it was awarded Best Hotel in the Caribbean when it first opened.
Knowing how beautiful the gardens and architecture of the resort are, Ann and Jeffrey added time for photos together before their ceremony in order to have a gorgeous variety of images. I met the couple in their spacious suite. We started with some artistic photos with the stunning bride and then ventured out for the romantic “garden” photos. We used the ivory-colored coral stone pathways for walking photos on the way to the lobby.
The soft warm light and lush furnishings of the lobby were great for Town & Country style photos for this stylish couple. We made a stop at one of my favorite spots for editorial like pictures by the new Almond Tree restaurant. The wood tones and the fancy gate provided a unique background for the groom’s olive colored suit and the bride’s glamourous gown.
When it was time the ceremony, the bride’s two daughters walked down the aisle with the bride to her smiling groom. The couple made sure to talk about how special the girls were in both of their lives. Ann and Jeffrey had the intimate wedding they always wanted and combining their new family together.
