Rose has been coming into Turks and Caicos for years. Her family owns a condo at the luxurious Seven Stars Resort on Grace Bay beach. So, it was no surprise that when it came time for her to get married to Nate, the love of her life that she wanted to have her wedding at the resort she knew so well.
Rose spent a lot of time planning all the details for their large destination wedding. The bride wanted a beach wedding with a gorgeous arch and a special platform to walk down the aisle. For her guests, she wanted to keep it casual with having cocktails along the deck overlooking the ocean. This would make it easy for guests to flow from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception.
Clear Top Tent for the Reception
For the reception, Rose hired Tropical Destination Management to erect and decorate a clear tent full of beautiful lighting, elegantly stylised tables, and a platform dance floor on the sand. You could see the sunlight and blue sky through the top of the tent. After sunset, the string lights inside the tent had a romantic golden glow. How fun that the guests could be eating with their feet in the sand and then dancing on a platform dance floor under the stars.
Knowing that photos of her special day were very important to this bride, we made sure to work closely together to capture all the special moments with stunning wedding photography. We met a couple of times in person and talked over the phone in order to develop a custom-tailored photography timeline. From photographing the bridal preparations of the ring, candid photos in the bride’s suite, all the way to the sparklers on the dance floor and fireworks, we didn’t miss a minute of Rose and Nate’s special wedding day.
