Double Shocker Proposal

A beach walk to Bay Bistro for dinner turned into a double shocker for lucky Lexi. Her surprise wedding proposal had been months in planning by Brendan, his family, Lexi’s family and his soon to be sister-in-law too. Brendan knew that the stunning turquoise waters of Grace Bay Beach would be a priceless setting for asking Lexi to be his wife.

For her, being on vacation with her boyfriend, sister, and brother-in-law was nothing out off the norm. Neither was choosing a nearby beach-front restaurant for dinner. 

But with detailed planning between Brendan, family, and our experienced photographers, Lexi was about to have the shock of her life!

Brendan’s iconic flip-flop toss kicked things off. It was a stunning day on the world’s number one beach — not too sunny, not too grey. Brendan led the way as they walked along the shore until he reached the spot he knew his photographer was hiding. Then tossing his flip-flops out of the way, he turned and reached for Lexi’s hands. The moment unfolded like a girl’s fairytale dream coming to life. It was an awe-inspiring moment to capture. Because our planning involved making sure Lexi was nicely dressed for the occasion, the hour continued with their first official engagement portraits. The romance was real, with her dazzling eyes and giddy smile brighter than the tropical sun. Little did she know, the surprise wasn’t done. As they strolled romantically down the water’s edge, out came mom, dad, cousins, and in-laws too!!
