Jaclyn and Nathanial reached their 20 year milestone in marriage and felt it was only right to mark the occasion with a vow renewal ceremony attended by their children and close family who were all staying at the beautiful Shore Club Resort on the south side of the island. They chose to hire Paradise Photography to create beautiful pictures of the day.
Photography began in their suite as Jaclyn was just finishing having her hair and make up completed by Sheque Perfection. She then changed into a gorgeous dusky mulberry coloured dress which complemented Nathanial’s cream suit and coordinated with the colours of the children’s outfits too.
We took some family and couple pictures on the balcony, capturing them against the turquoise waters, iconic to Turks and Caicos, before heading downstairs to where a simple arch decorated with pink bougainvillea flowers was waiting for them.
Celebrating with Close Family
In a heartfelt vow renewal ceremony, you could tell how much Jaclyn and Nathanial still adore each other. It was so lovely to see that their love for each other was well and truly alive, and how special it was to have their children be there to witness this ceremony who of course, were not present twenty years ago! The grandparents even handed out the same embroidered napkins they had kept since the couple’s original ceremony!
After the ceremony, Jaclyn and Nathanial had wanted to make the rest of their photo session focus on the family, so we went down onto the beach and took some fun group pictures with everyone, followed by pictures with their children and then finishing off with some couple photos both on the sand and around the resort.
It was a pleasure photographing this lovely family and we wish them at least another twenty years of happiness and many more! After viewing their pictures, Jaclyn and Nathanial decided to make a photo book with their gorgeous photos, creating a family keepsake of this special day in paradise!
