Destination Alexandra Resort Wedding
Coming from the hustle and bustle of the Big Apple, New York residents Jamie DiPaolo and Robbie Higgins decided to escape the concrete jungle in favor of the white sand beaches of Grace Bay to have their wedding. And after making several reconnaissance trips to Providenciales in the year leading up to the big event, they settled on having the ceremony and reception at the Alexandra Resort. Jamie’s uncle is the proud owner of one of the penthouse units there, and he generously donated his suite to the bride and groom. After the preparation phase of our wedding photography coverage, we orchestrated their first look on the balcony overlooking the ceremony site on Grace Bay beach. We then went to the garden areas of the resort where we captured some intimate images of the two of them together. The ceremony went without a hitch and the photos on the beach ended with a magnificent sunset. Our favorite part of the reception was the sparklers which helped create a one-of-a-kind photograph of the newlyweds surrounded by all of their guests. The evening ended with a beautiful display of fireworks which were launched right in front of the reception pavilion along the beach.
