Luck on a rainy wedding day
There’s a saying that rain on your wedding day brings good luck. Well, if that’s the case, Nareine and Rob’s future will be filled with lots of it. The good luck may have even started on the wedding day itself with the rainstorm stopping just in time to allow both a beach ceremony and an intimate reception under the clear night sky. They were lucky too, to have a wedding coordinating team like Tropical Destination Management Company to make it all happen. Like many couples being wedded this year, Nareine and Rob started planning their special day just before the pandemic hit. Several date changes later, they were finally here in the sunny Turks and Caicos Islands. Their closest family and friends were here too, and finally, it was time for the big day. Then the rainstorm came. No one saw it coming, but in true island style, it all cleared up in time. We were truly excited for this because it gave us the chance to get the special pre-wedding photos we knew our bride and groom wanted. The most special of them all were the ones from their blind first look; the moment they’d get to hold, but not yet see each other. We captured these and other stunning garden photos before heading to the beach for a gorgeous ceremony and more memorable coverage of the special day. We loved how Nareine and Rob were so happy and relaxed that they were able to be their silly, playful selves throughout. In the end, it was a perfect evening with clear blue skies, cocktails during the lovely twilight, and a reception with the most beautiful decor. It was surely a wedding made possible by all the amazing vendors involved, and we were happy to be part of the list.
